Breakfast. In the territory of Antonimina you will start your walk on the most beautiful balcony on the Ionian Sea until you reach the top of the mountain. After about an hour and a half of walking, the view is breathtaking and goes from Capo Bruzzano to Roccella Jonica to the main peaks of the Aspromonte National Park. On the summit of Tre Pizzi, there are the ruins of the small church of Santi Pietro e Paolo. Before returning, stop to taste the famous Caciocavallo di Ciminà, a Slow Food presidium. Return to the Hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Excursion at  Marmarico Waterfall, located in the heart of the purest and most uncontaminated nature, among the intoxicating scents of wild flora and the relaxing melody generated by the water flowing between the rocks. It represents a “Wonder of Italy”, the highest waterfall in the southern Apennines. The route to the waterfall is along a mainly natural road for about 7 km, after which a reinforced concrete bridge leads to a path along the Stilaro river to the waterfall. Return to the Hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Departure for an excursion to the Sentiero dei Greci, also known as the Sentiero di San Nicodemo or Sentiero della “Seja”. a route with a strong historical content, in northern Aspromonte.  For centuries it was the shortest and most important communication route for the ancient Magna Graecia populations of Locride and the Gioia Tauro-Rosarno Plain. From the Limina Pass, you will reach Mount Kellerano, near the sanctuary, rich in history and traditions, where Saint Nicodemus, one of the many monks who brought faith, spirituality and culture to southern Calabria, lived as a hermit. During the excursion, picnic in the midst of unspoilt nature, amidst evocative colours and intense scents. Return to the Hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Departure to visit the Southern Dolomites, in the heart of the Aspromonte National Park, immersed in a scenario of immense natural beauty.  Here, Mount Mutolo stands out with its peaks, whose shape is reminiscent of the Dolomites and for this reason renamed the Southern Dolomites, which include the Towers of Canolo, Mount Mutolo and Mount Giunchi. These are rock formations consisting of a fairly hard limestone (unusual for southern Calabria), a spectacular and unusual geological setting, dating back to the Jurassic era (150-136 million years ago) that attracts many free climbing people every year. Return to the Hotel. Dinner and overnight.
