Breakfast at the Hotel. Guided tour of the city with its main monuments, its squares, with tasting of the typical Bolognese pasta. In the afternoon, guided tour to discover the city and its symbolic places, such as the Basilica di Santo Stefano complex, the beautiful squares and the medieval buildings D’Accursio and Podestà. Free lunch. In the afternoon, stop to admire the two symbols of the city: the towers, Garisenda and Torre degli Asinelli . In the evening, return to the Hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the Hotel. Departure for a guided tour of Ferrara: the Estense Castle, Corso Ercole D’Este, Duomo, Schifanoia Museum and Palazzo dei Diamanti. Free lunch. In the afternoon time to dedicate to gastronomic shopping at one of the many traditional markets, where you can choose among the many typical products of Ferrara’s gastronomy. Return to the Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Departure for a guided tour of Parma: the Duomo, the baptistery and its splendid historic centre, Palazzo della Pilotta, which houses the beautiful Farnese Theatre and the valuable National Gallery where paintings by Parmigianino and Correggio are kept. Free lunch. In the afternoon, stop at a renowned delicatessen where you will see the production, with tasting, of world-famous cold cuts, including Prosciutto Crudo di Parma, a PDO product. Accommodation in Hotel in Parma, dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the Hotel. Visit of a dairy where you will taste the king of the products of this land: Parmigiano Reggiano. Free lunch. Departure for Reggio Emilia. Stop to visit the Reggia di Colorno, the ducal palace built by the Farnese family in the 18th century on the ruins of the ancient fortress. Accommodation in Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the Hotel. Guided tour of Reggio Emilia, nicknamed the city of the Tricolour because in 1797 the flag was adopted there and then became the national flag. We will visit the seventeenth-century Basilica della Ghiara and the famous Municipal Theatre, Piazza Grande, the Cathedral, the Baptistery and the Town Hall, which houses the famous Hall of the Tricolour, now used as the Town Council Hall. Free lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Basilica of San Prospero, one of the oldest in Reggio Emilia, dedicated to the patron saint of the city, then you reach Piazza dei Teatri, characterized by the magnificent Municipal Theatre, the Ariosto Theatre and the Cesare Zavattini Theatre, known as Teatro Cavallerizza. Return to the Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the Hotel. Guided tour of the historical centre, the Cathedral of Modena, the exterior of the Ghirlandina Tower, the historical rooms of the Town Hall and the exterior of the Ducal Palace. Free lunch. In the afternoon, stop at a winery for a visit with tasting of the renowned balsamic vinegar of Modena, DOP product. Return to the Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
